Refund Policy

When Refunds Are Applicable:

  • Application is not as described: If the application significantly differs from its description or preview, we are obligated to refund buyers.

  • Application doesn’t work as expected: If the application fails to function properly and cannot be easily fixed, we will issue a refund. This includes issues that would have deterred a buyer from purchasing had they been known upfront. We promptly update and fix applications where possible.

  • Security vulnerability: If an application contains a security vulnerability that cannot be promptly fixed, we will refund buyers. We prioritize security updates to ensure our applications remain secure.

  • Promised application support not provided: If we commit to providing application support as per our policy but fail to do so, eligible buyers will receive a refund.

Non-Refundable Scenarios:

We generally do not provide refunds in the following situations:

  • The application meets the description and works as intended.
  • Buyer no longer wants the application after purchase, or it does not meet their expectations.
  • Buyer is dissatisfied with the current feature availability.
  • Buyer changes their mind or purchases the application by mistake.
  • Buyer lacks sufficient expertise to use the application effectively.
  • Buyer requests a goodwill refund.
  • Issues arising from the API providing organization.
  • No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the purchase date.

Force Refund Policy:

We reserve the right to initiate a refund without buyer request, which will terminate access to the application and support.

Refund Requests:

Buyers eligible for refunds must open a support ticket for assistance.
